Cancellation Policy

To ensure optimal service and availability for all our clients, we request that you provide us with a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations. If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice, the client will be asked for a 50% deposit before the next appointment is scheduled. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in allowing us to manage our schedule and accommodate every client efficiently. We understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly. However, not showing up for a scheduled appointment impacts our team and other clients. Therefore, if there is no prior notice given and you do not show up for your appointment, we will ask for a 50% deposit of the service amount before scheduling ongoing appointments. We recommend that you contact us in advance if your plans change so we can reschedule accordingly and avoid unnecessary charges. When booking an appointment at our nail studio we do not ask for a deposit. However, if you cancel in less than 24 hours, do not show up for your appointment, or miss a payment we will require a 50% deposit of the service cost to secure your slot. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment time or in the case of a no-show. The deposit will be deducted from the total service cost upon completion of your appointment. This policy is in place to ensure that we can continue offering the best possible service and availability to all our clients.
